Our team on the ground in Nepal have purchased supplies of rice and other foods together with tarpaulins for shelter. They are able to provide transport as far as the road will go and they have arranged for villagers to walk down to meet them at the road head.
They have been in touch with many villages where hundreds of houses have collapsed and where no relief has yet arrived since the earthquake. They are concentrating on an area east and north of Kathmandu.

They expect to deliver a total of 45 tons of aid by the 15th May over 2000 families in Gorkha, Sindhupalchowk, Rasuwa, Langtang, Nuwakot and Dolakha Districts.
